to existing patients for every referral

To receive the discount, existing patients must ask that their name is clearly stated by friends and family on their intake form in the 'how did you hear about us' section. An email confirming the discount will be sent after the referred person has attended and paid for their new patient appointment. The discount can be put towards a Chiropractic or sports massage treatment. Discount is valid for 6 months from the date of the confirmation email.

Offer can be redeemed by calling our reception team on 01276 21637 and quoting 'half price health pass', or by submitting the form below; it cannot be booked through our online booking system
This offer is only available to those who have:
a. never visited the Clinic for Chiropractic treatment, regardless of length of time since last visit
b. not previously attended the Clinic for a Chiropractic free assessment
Offer is only applicable for appointments both booked and attended up to and including 28th February 2026
