Covid-19 - Our Policies and Procedures
Update 7/3/22
Keeping all of our patients and the CCC team safe is still our utmost priority in the ever-evolving COVID situation.
We are working in line with current Infection, Protection and Control (IPC) guidelines along with advice from the British Chiropractic Association.
What PPE can I expect my Chiropractor to wear?
In line with the recent government changes at the end of May 2022, your Chiropractor will no longer be wearing a mask as standard practice. If you feel uncomfortable with this then please ask and one shall be worn.
Your Chiropractor will continue to disinfect his/her hands along with treatment areas after every patient.
What responsibilities do I have as a patient when coming into clinic?
IPC guidelines have now changed in clinical settings, as such a face mask is no longer required to be worn.
As always, if you are feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms please do not attend your appointment. Call reception and we will be happy to rearrange your appointment.
Please come up to reception on the first floor, not more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Ensure you sanitise your hands, using the foot operated sanitisation station at the entrance to the clinic, before and after your treatment.
