Chiropractic FAQs

Chiropractic care is available to anyone, at any age. We provide treatment to newborns right through to geriatric patients. If you are unsure due to a health reason, please contact us directly.

At the free assessment appointment, our Chiropractor will chat with you about your symptoms and provide a detailed assessment. They will be able to say if Chiropractic treatment is something they can help you with. Treatment is not given at this appointment, it will first be given at a New Patient appointment.

In the summer shorts and a t-shirts are preferred as you will be treated through your clothing. Otherwise please wear light/thinner clothing if possible.

You will need to check with your insurance company before coming in to see us, however we are covered by all major insurance companies. We can email or print a receipt of your treatment so that you can claim back directly. We only bill AXA PPP and Bupa directly. Please read further information here

We would recommend booking in for a free assessment first, the Chiropractor will carry out an assessment and be able to tell if you if they think they can help you.

Yes, all practicing Chiropractors must be registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC), our Chiropractors GCC numbers are:

This can be up to 60 minutes.

The chiropractor will use a couple of techniques throughout the treatment and they will manage your expectations of how you feel. Similar to sports massages, you may feel some discomfort for short periods.

Sports Massage FAQs

A sports massage will be more intense than relaxation treatment as it is targeting areas of tightness and you may feel some discomfort for short periods of time. You may feel your muscles are sore after treatment for a couple of days but this will reduce over a couple of days, similar experience to when after a workout.

No, our Podiatrist does not treat foot health problems. He focuses on the assessment, diagnosis and management of foot and lower limb pain or conditions. You can read more here.
