2020 has been one crazy year for individuals, families, businesses and CCC is no exception. As lockdown hit us all in March, and we had to shut the doors at Sandhurst House – little did we know it would be for good. James Everett temporally parked the bench to one side, and put his hands to good use in painting and decorating our forever home in Bagshot.
28 partition walls, 100 litres of paint, 2,000sq ft of floor tiles, 57 removal boxes later and we were in. Sounds easy right?
At the end of May Boris gave the go ahead for us to reopen to urgent patients, however, this had it complications. Covid procedures needed to be written, PPE to be bought and endless cleaning rotas devised.
Four months on we are feeling pretty settled, wearing masks and having your temperature has soon become the norm for patients. Who would have thought this a year ago?
We are absolutely delighted to see our existing patients again and have welcomed lots of new patients. We are truly grateful for your support.
Bagshot has a fantastic local community and we have loved getting to know as many people as we have, in such a short period of time. Special mentions to some great local businesses – Roka, Mogul and Bagshot car wash. There has never been a more important time to support independent local businesses.
Your experience of coming in to the clinic maybe different but covid hasn’t changed what we stand for or our level of service and commitment to our patients. Although we are wearing a mask we are smiling with our eyes. We are happy to be back at work and happy to see you all again.
